Clients are prohibited from reverse-engineering software or bypassing licensing controls. We provide services "as-is" with liability limited to the extent permitted by law and defined in individual project proposals. Disputes involving the Indian subsidiary are subject to the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore. Terms may be updated periodically via our official documentation portal.
